RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) 

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, energetic and can effectively multi-task. Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs) should be able to manage staff, make decisions independently and accurately document as needed. Candidates must be comfortable hiring, evaluating and terminating employees as needed. ADONs must be dedicated to staying informed on state, federal, nursing and OSHA regulations as well as all company policies and procedures. Candidates should be able to evaluate, perform and adjust resident care as needed. You must be able to work with various departments and personalities. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

Admissions Nurse

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic and has a fair and unbiased vision on management. Admissions Nurses should be able to care for residents. Candidates should be dedicated to staying informed on state, federal, nursing and OSHA regulations as well as all company policies and procedures. Candidates should be able to maintain a working relationship with residents, family members and staff. Applicants mustbe able to effectively motivate, train and supervise staff. Supervisors should be comfortable with employee remediation and using discretion to handle various situations within the facility. You must be able to work with various departments and personalities. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Treatment (Wound) Nurse

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, energetic and can effectively multi-task. Treatment Nurses should be able to accurately document and maintain confidentiality. Candidates should be encouraging and friendly, while always respecting resident rights. This position must be dedicated to complying with all state, federal, nursing and OSHA regulations as well as all company policies and procedures. Candidates must be able to work with various departments and personalities. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Dining Services Director

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized and has strong multitasking abilities. Directors should be committed to learning and complying with health care standards of food preparation for nursing homes. Candidates should be able and willing to help in any area of dining services department as needed. Applicants should feel comfortable with management and be able to hire, terminate or remediate staff.

Environmental Services Director (Housekeeping and Maintenance)

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized and has strong multitasking abilities. Directors should be committed to learning and complying with OSHA standards of nursing homes. Candidates should be able and willing to help in any area of the housekeeping or laundry department as needed. Applicants should feel comfortable with management and be able to hire, terminate or remediate staff.

Admissions and Social Services Director

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, personable, and has exceptional customer service skills. Social Service Employees should be welcoming to all residents, staff and visitors and always portray the organization in a positive manner. Candidates must be dedicated to learning the details of the building, company functions, and all policies and procedures related to social services. Candidates must be comfortable talking with residents and family members and must be able to maintain a firm but compassionate approach to health care. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively develop trusting relationships with residents, family members, hospice agencies and members of the interdisciplinary team. Social Service Employees also should be comfortable speaking in front of large groups and networking. Licensed social worker or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Business Office and Payroll Manager

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, personable, and has exceptional customer service skills. As a Facility Business Office Manager, you must be able to perform essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to organize, direct and supervise business office functions, and office personnel.

Life Enrichment Director

The ideal candidate is patient, kind, organized and energetic. Directors of Life Enrichment should be encouraging to residents so they want to attend activities, but will also need to be respectful of their right to decline.
