Kristen Gollinger
Regional Systems Director and Administrator for Amherst Manor
Kristen joined the Sprenger team in 2000 with a Bachelor’s in Health, Nursing Home Administration, and a Geriatric Certificate. She’s worked as an STNA through college, Admissions Director, Assistant Administrator, and Administrator. Her passion is working with staff, residents, and families to create a family atmosphere and to provide the highest quality of care possible.
Kristen found her passion for health care at a young age. Her grandfather was in a nursing home when she was 12 years old and she would visit him each week. She talked to him and his friends and began to know a lot of people at the facility. That’s where she found her path into health care and her goal became finding a way to improve how care could be delivered.
Kristen has received three deficiency free health surveys, an AHCA Bronze Award, and in 2016 Amherst Manor is a 5 star facility under her direction. Outside of work she is an active member of the Amherst Rotary Club and is currently serving as the Amherst Rotary Club Board Secretary.
