Melissa Courtock
Director of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance
Melissa joined the Sprenger team in 2002 as an HR Generalist. She worked in every department in human resources including payroll, worker’s comp, benefits, and employee relations, before being promoted to the Human Resource Director in 2012. In her time here at Sprenger, she has done HR consulting for outside companies, and actively participated in the acquisition and opening of multiple new Sprenger locations.
“It’s my goal to make the human resource department a friendly place where employees can feel comfortable asking questions. As we continue to grow the company, it’s becoming more and more important to keep that personal connection, so all of our buildings know they have a trusted resource.”
Melissa is a proud member of the Company Culture Committee, Society for Human Resource Management, Health Care Compliance Association, and the Ohio Health Care Association’s Human Resource Committee.
