Caron Potokar

Caron graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. She began her career in a nursing home working as a Dietitian, and has been in the industry ever since.

Caron eventually went on to pursue her licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator, in which she has found much success and pleasure over the last 11 years. Caron began with Sprenger Healthcare in 2019 as Administrator of Sprenger Health Care Grande Village.
