To make a payment online:

Please reference your bill or statement to make a payment.

1. Click “Pay Now” to move on to the payment information page.
2. Enter the resident’s full legal name, resident number, and the facility information listed on bill to ensure payments are processed correctly.
3. We impose a 3% surcharge on the transaction amount on credit card purchases only, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance from our card processor. We do not surcharge debit or prepaid cards.

If there is a problem processing your payment, you will be contacted by either phone or e-mail. Any questions regarding payments should be directed to our billing office at 440-989-5200.

BY MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT WHICH MAY BE MADE FROM TIME TO TIME.
