Megan Joyce

Megan joined the Sprenger team in early 2016 as a Corporate Case Manager. She came to us with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and experience as a Teacher, Coach, Professional Relations Liaison, Admissions Director, and Hospital Liaison.

“Being a leader in the field means that I must be up to date on any new health care issues that are taking place. The thing with health care is that it’s always changing, so to be an effective leader you have to be knowledgeable in these changes. I also believe that it means being the face of the company you work for and always putting a professional foot forward.”

In her role as a Corporate Case Manager, Megan is responsible for helping residents and families move from the hospital into our care. She is also in charge of ensuring communication between different clinical settings and medical professionals during that transition. Her goal is to make life easier and less stressful for those who choose to stay with us.

Outside of work, Megan worked with the Special Olympics during the spring session and contributes to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and walk each year.
